Currently TRAI is thinking on charging for messaging, voice calling, video calling apps. service operators want this because users can make unlimited messages, voice calls, video calls by giving the charge of just netpack. Now if TRAI allow service operators to charge for using these apps, the what will you do?
So we are introducing one small project using which any organization with government support can undertake. if you are also wishing to do similar project then you must look at the conditions required for it.

Now, the main idea of project is communication through WiFi and analog communication. the working of this app undergoes following steps
part 1 (when you send message):

• turn on WiFi
• open the app
• type the phone number to whom you want to send message
• type your message

part 2 (when you receive message):

• turn on WiFi
• automatically if any message is sent to you then it will be received
• you will see notification
• read the message and senders number in app
