when you send the message through our app, your device will send the message data, number of transmitter and number of receiver to microcontroller through WiFi. Since WiFi is connected to microcontroller the microcontroller will send the data through transmitter towards server. this can be done by different modulations techniques. for this you will require modulator at transmitter and demodulator at receiver.
