We all know about Coal block scam in India. New government of India is redistributing 80-90 coal blocks on E-auction basis.
According to CAG audit 18,60,00,00,00,000 Indian Rupees i.e. 1.86 lac crore rupees. In new auction, every block is having base price per ton of coal(which was missing in previous distribution). 6 blocks are given to comanies for 3-4 times higher rate than base price. the total expected revenue is above 70,00,00,00,00,000 i.e. above 7 lac crore rupees which is much higher than scam amount.
Government of India is taking all possible actions to make this distribution transperant. For example, the winner of auction per block will be declaired only after the end of distribution process of that block. This will decrease the possibility of pressure from opponent companiesin auction.
Some companies are appealing in court for:
Every person has right to appel in court but court should take decision which will help the development of our country and the court will do it in future. But High court gave stay order to E-auction of 4 coal blocks. Court will take proper decision with time but it will affect the development of India at considerable amount. This distribution is expected to provide money to government and electricity to Indians.
So what's your opinion? court should permit coal block distribution for other blocks or stay should be given till result of court?

- disqualifying companies who are in coal-gate scam
- refunding for companies who were part of coal-gate scam but there blocks are banned for use by government
- rules of E-auction
