a microcontroller will be connected to nearer users by WiFi. so this will create the mini-cells the main cell. lets assume one mini-cell contain 'm' users. as one cell contain 'n' users, the number of users per cell will be 'n*m'. if 'l' cells are present in total, then the total users for our system will be 'l*m*n'. 'm' and 'n' need to restricted for a particular value, so adjust 'l' depending on number of users.
