web building through microcontroller for free chatting project

few microcontroller will be connected per receiver/transmitter couple. so microcontrollers' web will be built by connecting them to couple. if receiver-transmitter is considered as the center then the connected structure of microcontrollers will be a cell. lets assume that one cell contains 'n' microcontrollers.
