Similar to normal Indian guys, I started online shopping with flipkart and then I stick to flipkart for few years are it was providing good delivery. But few days back I ordered 2 books from amazon and experience was similar to flipkart. Today I received one mail for giving review of one of the books. Now, after getting book, I must have started reading it. and hence after a month amazon mailed to give a feedback. This never happened before with flipkart. Flipkart never asked for giving feedback. though they still have feedback on their website, some of them are about delivery instead of the product. amazon asked me to give review after a month and I think this was proper. Hence at least on reviewing basis I would say amazon is better than flipkart in amazon vs flipkart
