Just today evening, I went to Super Circus in my town. What I expected from circus is like clowns interact with kids and run from here to there. But nothing was there. I would say it wasn't even 10% of what I imagined. But that's not the point of this post. I am writing my views about how the should be, life of performers in circus and what we can do.
My few friends watched "MS Dhoni: The untold story" film and none of them specially liked it. But still shows are going houseful. I am not a film critic or I am not even saying to don't watch films. Lets take another example, Maharashtra men still watch Lavani as it is like a cultural folk dance of Maharashtra, then why no body isn't that eager to go for circus. I do not have any memory about circus before today. Circus is becoming extinct, so something need to be done to save circus.
Since circus's exposure is decreasing day by day, the class of artists is also decreasing. People surrounding the artists aren't good enough. They were looking that they can't do anything else hence they are doing this. How circus should be? All stunts must be performed with a ton o practice but still each act in circus must consider the worst case like what will happen someone falls from height. For every possible failure, there should be a precaution. Acts must be precise and no time of audience should be wasted e.g. if you are making some changes on setup then something should be prepared for meantime. A personally believe than animals like monkey should be allowed in circus. Don't allow for risk acts of monkey but at least they can be added for juggling or a time pass act. If dogs are good friends then monkeys can also become.
Though quality of circus is degrading, but I was able to see the passion to perform in the eyes of performers. They need to be trained. If Deepa karmakar can get 4th place in Olympics then if we train these performers, they can also do good in Olympics.
What we can do? For performing better, they need encouragement and that's what we can give. At least once in a while we can attend shows of circus. It's not like our national duty or anything like that, but they are also a part of our society and to grow together, to progress together, we need to give a helping hand to them, on other hand they can give us the great entertainment.

Why we dont go to circus....... Because we dont know about a particular group of circus before they arrive to our city, The promotions start after that, which is not enough to attract much of the mob. Whereas the movies like MSD can be compared with A Multi-national company, well-known, well trusted.
